Nils is a Senior Associate in the Employment and Labor Law practice group at Eversheds Sutherland.
His activities include advising national and international clients in and out of court on all aspects of employment and labor law.
Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, Nils worked in the litigation practice group of a renowned major law firm and in the corporate & entrepreneurship practice group of a medium-sized law firm in Dusseldorf.
Nils' recent experience includes:
- advice for a multinational company in the energy sector with respect to ongoing works council negotiations regarding the implementation of new remuneration schemes, HR software and health and safety procedures
- ongoing support to a leading global food company in regards of co-determination rights of the works council and advising the company in collective agreement negotiations with Germany’s Food, Beverages and Catering Union
- advising a leading business service provider on the implementation of new business processes and negotiation of the respective agreements with the works council
- advice on restructuring and mass layoffs for a global tech company
