Nadeen is a senior associate in the litigation and dispute management team in both our Amman and Iraq offices.
Nadeen’s experience focuses on corporate, banking and commercial law. In the litigation area, Nadeen has worked on a local and international arbitration cases, related to the oil and gas sector and construction sector in the middle east. A few of the disputes were against state owned entities and companies operating in a variety of industries; her experience extends to diverse and complex disputes governed by specialized laws and legislations.
Before joining Eversheds Nadeen was a Trainee at Nareeman Al Rousan Law Firm and a Freelance Translator and Researcher for Professor Caroleen Sayej.

- advising and representing a European Contractor in a dispute arising out of a high-value project in Iraq, with claims exceeding US$100 million against a state owned company
- advising a global oil and gas company in a dispute against a contractor relating to drilling services
- advising a number of foreign client operating in Iraq on labour related legislation in Iraq and successfully representing clients in labour related disputes
- representing and advising foreign entities (contractors, high level service providers and suppliers) in Iraq on data, IP and trademark protection in Iraq
- advising on the enforcement of foreign judgements and arbitration awards in Iraq, in addition to providing alternative solutions to difficulties of enforcing the aforementioned in Iraq
- advising on a real-estate acquisition and development projects in Iraq
