Eversheds Sutherland advised Evigrow Software on first acquisition in Poland

Lawyers from the Polish and Swedish offices of Eversheds Sutherland advised Evigrow Software on its acquisition of shares in GK Pro sp. z o.o. The target provides integrated IT solutions to public sector entities in Poland and now it is a part of Evigrow’s portfolio of software businesses in the European vertical‑market software (VMS) space.

Eversheds Sutherland lawyers assisted in the acquisition process, starting from transaction structuring, performing legal due diligence and completing with drafting, negotiating and assisting in signing of the share purchase agreement. The project was coordinated by Aleksander Szostak (of Counsel, M&A, Warsaw) and supervised by Ewa Szlachetka (Partner, Head of M&A, Warsaw), internationally led by Jens André (Partner, M&A, Stockholm) with support of Anna Thoms (Principal Associate, Corporate, Stockholm).

The investment in GK Pro is the beginning of Evigrow’s journey in Poland following the transactions completed in other European countries where other software companies with strong competitive advantages have been acquired. Vertical market software (VMS) is specialized software designed for specific industries and offers tailored functionality to address niche needs and workflows.
