Indutrade on teknologiayrityksiin ja teollisiin liiketoimintoihin keskittyvä yritysostaja. Albiox Oy toimittaa tuotteita, laitteita ja räätälöityjä lisäarvopalveluja lääketeollisuuden, tutkimuksen ja diagnostiikan tarpeisiin. Yhtiön tuotevalikoimaan kuuluvat muun muassa ruiskut, neulat, pakkausratkaisut sekä erikoisreagenssit vaativiin steriileihin puhdastilaympäristöihin. Albiox vahvistaa Indutraden Life Science -liiketoiminta-aluetta ja täydentää sen suomalaista yhtiötä Labema Oy:tä, jonka Indutrade hankki vuonna 2023. Tiimimme avusti Altavionin osakkeenomistajia koko yrityskauppaprosessin ajan aina potentiaalisten ostajien kartoittamisesta ja kontaktoinnista due diligence -vaiheeseen sekä kauppadokumentaation neuvotteluihin saakka. Toimeksiantomme kattoi sekä taloudellisen että juridisen neuvonannon. Työhön sisältyivät muun muassa ostajakontaktien hallinta, kilpailutetun myyntiprosessin toteuttaminen, dataroomin ylläpito, myyjän taloudellisen ja juridisen due diligencen tukeminen sekä osakekauppasopimuksen ja siihen liittyvien asiakirjojen laatiminen ja neuvottelu. Toimeksiannossa juridisesta neuvonannosta vastasivat Henri Steiner, Olli Iirola ja Sanni Tirkkonen sekä taloudellisesta neuvonannosta Henri Falck ja Amos Iirola.
