We are pleased to have advised Maharah Human Resources Company on its indirect exit from Care Shield Holding Company (Kingdom Hospital and Consulting Clinics), with a transaction value of SAR 434,311,080.

This transaction represents a significant milestone for Maharah and reflects the successful execution of its investment strategy and value realisation objectives.
