Grace is a principal associate in our financial services group.
She has experience of forming, launching, listing and restructuring investment funds both in the UK, Cayman Islands, Luxembourg and the Channel Islands. She advises clients within the financial services sector including asset managers, institutional investors and funds on fund launches and realisation opportunities, relationships with service providers, and regulatory compliance.
Her recent experience includes acting on the establishment of a significant debt platform structured as a Luxembourg SCSp SICAV-RAIF with commitments of £1 billion and advising an energy infrastructure asset manager on their private fund range, including the establishment of an energy infrastructure fund structured as a Luxembourg SCSp with a target fund size of $1.5 billion.
Grace also has a particular focus on advising some of the world’s largest institutional investors on their investments. She regularly conducts due diligence and negotiates fund documentation and side letters in respect of such investments, including in respect of authorised funds (e.g. UCITS, NURSs and QISs) and unauthorised funds (e.g. limited partnerships, REITs, investment trusts).

- assisting on an IPO of a close-ended fund onto the Specialist Fund segment of the London Stock Exchange
- advising institutional pension scheme trustees on the legal aspects of their investments, restructurings and derivatives usage
