Michał Wojciechowski is a New Head of Public Contracts at Eversheds Sutherland PolandJanuary 02, 2023 On 2 January, 2023, Michał Wojciechowski joined the Polish office of Eversheds Sutherland, and will lead the Public Contracts practice as Counsel. Weronika Jędrzejewska has also joined the same team as an Associate. Michał Wojciechowski specializes in public procurement law. He has over 15 years of experience in providing legal advice to businesses on matters relating to contracts in the investment process. He represents clients before the National Appeals Chamber and common courts, as well as advises on the implementation stage of a contract concluded as a result of a public procurement procedure. Michał has advised on significant investments in road and rail infrastructure. He supported companies from the medical sector in tender proceedings. He has extensive practice in public-private partnership (PPP) projects. He also represented clients in defence and security procurement. He holds a security clearance for access to classified information. Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, he worked at leading Polish and international law firms. Michał is a member of the Public Procurement Law Association and serves as Vice-Chair of the Public Procurement Law Section of the District Bar Council in Warsaw. He is a lecturer at postgraduate and MBA studies. Michał has been recommended for many years by prestigious legal rankings such as Chambers Europe and Legal500. Weronika Jędrzejewska specializes in public procurement law. She also deals with contract law, infrastructure contracts, as well as public-private partnerships and concessions. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in Polish and international law firms and one of the leading construction companies. Weronika supports clients at every stage of public procurement proceedings, both on the side of contractors and contracting authorities. She works for leading companies in the construction and energy sectors. She has advised on high-profile cases involving the procurement of gas pipelines, railways and motorways.
