Eversheds Sutherland Romania Has Advised Primavera Development on the Lease Agreement with Heineken RomaniaFebruary 03, 2022 Eversheds Sutherland Romania has advised Primavera Development in relation to the lease agreement with Heineken Romania, one of the most significant deals concluded at the beginning of this year. Heineken is moving to the new office project called The Muse that is being developed by Primavera Development and the real estate consultancy Griffes. The project is slated for delivery in 2023 following an investment of around €16 million. The project team included Partner Cristian Guia and Associate Mihaela Spiridon. This transaction comes a few years after our team has advised Primavera Development in other notable deals, including the sale of Festival Sibiu mall project to NEPI Rockcastle for €21 million.
