Eversheds Sutherland acts as a pro bono partner of the Center for Reproductive RightsAugust 19, 2024 Our team had the privilege of advising the Center for Reproductive Rights on various employment law matters. In particular, we provided advice on the Center’s Health and Safety Policy for the Geneva office, compliance advice on the Compensatory Time Policy, contract review for a temporary position in Geneva and employment advice related to an adjustment of the reorganizational structure. The Center for Reproductive Rights is a global human rights organization of lawyers and advocates who ensure reproductive rights are protected in law as fundamental human rights for the dignity, equality, health, and well-being of every person. Because of the Center’s work, over the past two years, 2.3 billion more people are living under stronger legal protection for reproductive rights. The Center has played a critical role across five continents in securing legal victories before national courts, United Nations Committees, and regional human rights bodies on reproductive rights issues including access to life-saving care and prevention.
