The company focuses on creating customer benefits by increasing productivity and providing secure IT platforms. The portfolio includes areas such as ITSM helpdesk, ticket management, client and mobile device management, network and server monitoring, cloud services, IT security, IT analysis, identity access management and active directory. The distributor's most important manufacturers include the international software manufacturer ManageEngine and the Finnish security specialist WithSecure. The transaction was announced 10 September 2024 and closed following customary regulatory approvals. The Eversheds Sutherland's team consisted mainly of Jens André, Anna Thoms, Sina Mindus Amini, Therése Berg, Ludwig Eriksson, Matilda Frykman Krans from the Stockholm office and Dr. Christian Lindner and Dr. Christian Mense from the Munich office.
