Nick Swiss

Nick Swiss heads Eversheds Sutherland’s Finance Product Group and advises borrowers, investors, sponsors, commercial banks and alternative lenders on high-value corporate and acquisition finance transactions, both in the UK and internationally.

Nick is known for his practical, commercial approach to complex finance matters. He advises across the full range of debt finance products, including syndicated corporate lending, leveraged finance, real estate finance, securitisations and restructurings.

He leads relationships with a number of global financial institutions and corporates, giving him a strong understanding of current market positions, lending structures and the issues that matter most to borrowers and lenders on business-critical transactions.

Nick spent time on secondment with the syndications and acquisition finance teams of a major investment bank, giving him direct insight into how financial institutions approach transactions, risk and relationship management.
