Based on decisions made by Digitalist’s general meeting and the boards of creditors, Digitalist reorganized its appr. EUR 27 million financing with Turret Oy Ab and Holdix Oy Ab. The restructuring involved several different convertible bonds, some of which were partially equity-based.

We acted as the legal advisor to Digitalist Group Plc in the financial rearrangements. The assignment was led by Partner Harri Tolppanen, with Partner Olli Iirola and Specialist Counsel Jarkko Hankaa also on the team.
