Razan is an Associate in our Litigation and Dispute Management practice, based in our Amman office.
Razan started her work experience at Eversheds in May 2024 in joining the Litigation and Dispute Management team. She advises mixed-ownership entities, private companies, and individuals in Jordan and the wider region on litigation and arbitration matters, including employment disputes, contractual claims, debt recovery, and enforcement. She also has experience supporting international commercial arbitration proceedings under LCIA and ICC rules.
In addition, Razan has experience supporting the Commercial Department, where she has been involved in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements and advising on contractual matters.

- advising employers, including a major national carrier, on employment disputes, covering contractual breaches, unfair dismissal, wrongful termination and employee rights claims, including drafting statements of claim, defence and appeal, and preparing settlement agreements and advice memoranda.
- advising on substantive and procedural aspects across a range of disputes, including filing claims before Jordanian courts, attending hearings in employment, financial claims, contract termination, and defamation matters, and supporting enforcement procedures.
- advising mixed-ownership entities and private companies on commercial litigation, including breach of contract disputes, non-payment and promissory note claims, debt recovery actions and enforcement actions.
- advising across all litigation matters, on the preparation of evidence bundles, submissions and pleadings, supporting case teams throughout the dispute process;
- advising on international commercial arbitration matters under LCIA and ICC rules, including drafting requests for arbitration, conducting legal research, preparing exhibits and supporting case teams in cross-border commercial disputes.
- advising the Saudi Ministry of Energy and related electricity-sector authorities on regulatory matters, including reviewing, analysing and mapping applicable regulatory obligations within the energy and electricity framework.
- advising local and regional clients on contractual matters, including reviewing, drafting and amending commercial agreements, preparing bilingual legal documents and advising on contractual rights, obligations and risk allocation.
- drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, including lease agreements, employment contracts, service agreements, distribution agreements, and other commercial contracts. She regularly prepares bilingual legal documents and advises clients on contractual rights, obligations, and risk allocation.
