Razan started her work experience at Eversheds in May 2024 in joining the Litigation and Dispute Management team. She advises mixed-ownership entities, private companies, and individuals in Jordan and the wider region on litigation and arbitration matters, including employment disputes, contractual claims, debt recovery, and enforcement. She also has experience supporting international commercial arbitration proceedings under LCIA and ICC rules.
In addition, Razan has experience supporting the Commercial Department, where she has been involved in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements and advising on contractual matters.

- advising employers, including a major national carrier, on employment disputes, covering contractual breaches, unfair dismissal, wrongful termination and employee rights claims, including drafting statements of claim, defence and appeal, and preparing settlement agreements and advice memoranda.
- advising on substantive and procedural aspects across a range of disputes, including filing claims before Jordanian courts, attending hearings in employment, financial claims, contract termination, and defamation matters, and supporting enforcement procedures.
