Kaarel Berg specialises in litigation, public procurement, and real estate, planning, and construction law, advising clients in both the private and public sectors. His extensive experience includes representing clients in a wide range of legal disputes, including cases involving public procurement and related proceedings.
Kaarel represents both bidders and contracting authorities in numerous large-scale and legally complex public procurement disputes. He also advises clients on the preparation and execution of procurements, as well as on resolving complex legal issues that arise during the proceedings.
