She advises Estonian and international clients on all aspects of real estate law, including property acquisitions and sales, lease agreements, co-ownership matters, limited real rights (superficies, mortgages, servitudes), access rights, and real estate legal due diligence.
In the field of energy, Triin has expertise in drafting and negotiating complex contracts, as well as in regulatory matters, including those related to renewable energy projects. She assists Estonian and international clients in navigating the complex and rapidly evolving legal framework of the energy sector.
Triin also has extensive experience in competition law, having worked for eight years at the Estonian Competition Authority, where she led proceedings concerning abuse of a dominant position and was involved in complex merger control cases. Triin also has considerable experience in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, advising clients on complex corporate restructurings, shareholder relations, and strategic business agreements, including cross-border transactions.
