Thomas Ziegler is a Partner at our office in Munich.
His work covers property acquisitions and disposals for domestic and international investors, real estate finance, as well as aspects of the tenant and landlord relationship.
Thomas advises both banks and borrowers in a wide range of finance transactions, in particular real estate finance, acquisition finance, project finance, and corporate lending. He is experienced in advising on project development. Thomas advised on more than 100 M&A and Private Equity transactions — most of which were cross-border.
